At the end of a roller coaster 8 weeks ride of Big Brother Mzansi, Mandla’s gamble paid off in spectacular fashion today evening.The 24 year old Spaza Shop owner stole hearts across Mzansi as soon as he walked into the House, courtesy of his streetwise personality and penchant for absurd jokes. One of his unforgettable moment was the time he wore Lexi's thong and paraded around the House like a peacock. Now, he leaves the Big Brother House with a bagful of experience and a cool R1 million in his bank account.
It was quite intense as the Top 2 waited on the Finale stage with bated breath, to see who was to be crowned Big Brother Mzansi: Secrets champion.
Prior to the big announcement, Big Brother addressed the top finalists, Mandla and Iris highlighting how humble he (Mandla) has been throughout his stay in the Big Brother Mzansi House. Iris, on the other hand, was lauded for her resilience and strength in the face of adversity.
The two were finally put out of their misery and as soon as Live Show host Lungile called out Mandla's name, you could see the sheer elation on his face. Congratulations Mandla!
