Rumour of the week: Big Brother Mzansi is coming back?

Will you be auditioning soon?

After not having a Big Brother Mzansi last year, it may seem like the reality show is returning for another season this year.

Last year around this time, the Big Brother Mzansi team had confirmed that there would be no Big Brother airing in 2016. Much to our disappointment, we had to live with the fact that our entertainment palate was going to be left bland without Mzansi's own housemates entertaining us for a period of 3 months.

But much to our excitement it may seem as though DStv has heard our cries and is apparently bringing Big Brother Mzansi back.

Industry gossip mongers have mentioned that there is going to be a few auditions to be held in the near future.

However, it may also seem like Big Brother Mzansi is looking at a different time line. Usually, the auditions are held earlier in the year or around November and December. By this time Big Brother would already be airing on TV as it's more of a winter show than a summer one.

So does this mean Big Brother will now be airing in the summertime or are they preparing for Big Brother Mzansi 2018?

Gosh! 2018 is so far though.

Big Brother Mzansi's main host, Lungile Radu hasn't mentioned anything about this years season. If anything, he has been promoting his show Uyang'thanda Na? and Home Ground which he presents alongside Minnie Dlamini. Wait, doesn't he also host The Voice SA?

Big Brother, please stop keeping us in suspense and release the audition dates already, that's if the rumour is true.
