Mandla and Lexi celebrate Lexi's birthday in style

Surely love is a temporary form of insanity, and we've all been there, you know the feeling, acted bonkers, begged, screamed, cried; hell, some of us would even move countries to escape the crazy we've acted.

But that's the beauty of love and when it does work out, all the madness, tears and heartbreak seem worthwhile.

Yesterday our Romeo, Mandla put in a spadework  in for Lexi's birthday. Hours in the jacuzzi together, sweet talk and massages, the guy had his a-game on, and nothing was going to stop him getting the prize.

His performance was stellar up until the point he told Lexi she had a 'jelly bum'. Nice one Mandla, cardinal rule number one, never mention a girl's body or weight unless you have something nice to say.

Biggie surprised Lexi with a birthday present in the shape of Boom Shaka's Thembi Seete and the drinks started flowing, that was just gone 13:00, it was going to be a long and boozy day.

All through the day, Lexi was hinting that she wanted a little Mandla loving, but the guy didn't budge, it was amazing; was he terrified or was he going to strike when she least expected it? All we knew is that something had to give with Mandlex.

Things started heating up as the evening got cooler and Housemates hit the regular Saturday night Party Zone. As it was Lexi's birthday, Biggie was liberal with the Shap Shaps and Housemates were liberal with their tempers. At the after party after the party, the fur flew, bottles broke and tempers, well, 'flared' would be an understatement, a normal state of affairs after a day of drinking, although this was epic as there has been a strong under current of latent tensions waiting to erupt and birthday girl was the eye of the storm.

Threatening to leave the House, a militant Lexi let it all out and it took Poolie and Mandla to calm her down. And what's the best way to calm a girl down? Show her a little loving, of course.

In the wee hours of this morning, Lexi was spent and thus decided on a different emotion, something a little less exhausting, Lexi brought her sexy back.

Cue a raunchy dance for Mandla which was shortly followed by, ummmm, followed by, err, wait, followed by... we don't know what but we will leave it up to your imaginations, we don't want to speculate. What will become of Mandlex remains to be seen. Will it be awkward smiles and small talk in the morning or spooning till lunchtime?
