MK showed the first of his true colours on the evening of Day 1 when he got into a heated debate with Mzamo about whether men should spend money on the women they choose to spend their time with. To clarify: gender roles in relationships.
And so continued MK's outburst theme on Day 2 when the Housemates were discussing the clarity and interpretations of tasks. Not shy in putting forward his opinions, MK decided to inform the Housemates "that some people in the House shouldn't think". Wow MK, don't hold back!
Some friendly advice for you, MK if you want to win friends and influence people:
Do you listen?:
How do you persuade others? You get them to agree with you and to do this, you ask open-ended questions and carefully listen to answers. It's impossible to be convincing if you have no rapport with your listeners. The best way to make others better listeners is to be a good listener yourself.
Are you full of yourself?:
Someone who is only interested in getting other people to listen to their personal stories, anecdotes, and experiences is not persuasive. If this self-interest expands to bragging, then the only thing other people are interested in is getting away from you as quickly as possible.
