We were wondering how long it would take for the first love triangle to make itself known on this year's Big Brother Mzansi, but it seems as if it took slightly longer than two weeks to materialize. Iris, who was at the centre of the slapping controversy after Mbali assaulted her, has made her impact on the Big Brother Mzansi house known as she's set her eyes on Mandla.
One housemate who has taken exception to this is fellow female house mate, Lexi, who has made her interest in Mandla no secret, despite their recent verbal spat. Iris, who is new to the house and may or may not be sensing an opportunity, has been warned in a not-so-subtle manner to stay out of Lexi's way by the Cape Townian.
“I’m sick and tired of people coming to me and asking about this mosquito. Don't compare her to me. She is not even worth my status. If we were to be graded according to our hotness, she wouldn't measure up. I will bash someone’s face in. I can get it started,”
Wow. Okay then. The back and forth between her and Mandla appears to be taking constantly new turns each week and it remains unclear what Lexi's true intentions are. Last night the two did not sleep in the same bed, as Mandla decided to sleep in the Hammock instead.
Lexi has made it clear that she will not be trampled from the Big Brother House, but Iris does not seem scared. We still wonder what Mandla thinks about all of this in the meanwhile!
Lexi's rant could potentially get her eliminated this Sunday, after-all Iris does have a strong following.
